Instruction for authors

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

Documents submitted to the Program Committee should contain the results of original (unpublished) studies. The article should adequately reflect the nature of the study, articles with a low scientific level will be rejected. The quality of the English text must meet the literacy requirements, long phrases should be avoided, and generally accepted scientific terminology should be used.

The publication volume cannot be less than 3 pages (without links and information about the authors) and should not exceed 6 pages, authorship should be limited to 6 authors. References should include at least 10 sources on the topic of the study. Papers with a self-citation level of more than 20% will be rejected. 

In the application, authors must provide the following files (file size limit is 20 MB):

1. the full text of the article (doc or docx) in English, compiled in accordance with the requirements (the requirements are presented in the attached file ). The file name should be in the format SectionNumber_Author'sSurname_en (for example, 2_Petrov_en); 

2. full article in Russian - only for authors from the Russian Federation. The file name should be in the format SectionNumber_Author'sSurname_ru (for example, 2_Petrov_ru);

3. copy of the permission document - only for authors from the Russian Federation, issued at the place of study / work. The file name should be in the format SectionNumber_Author'sSurnameInitials_expert (for example, 2_PetrovAA_expert);

4. copy of the conclusion of the export commission - only for authors from the Russian Federation, issued at the place of study / work. The file name should be in the format SectionNumber_Author'sSurnameInitials_export (for example, 2_PetrovAA_export).

ACCEPTING PAPER

Please note that all documents submitted to the program committee are reviewed by IEEE Cross Check. Similarity of more than 30% is unacceptable.

ATTENTION! Together with confirmation of acceptance, the authors will receive instructions on how to convert the doc (docx) file to PDF using IEEE pdf eXpress. Dear participants, the Program Committee recommends checking the PDF file after conversion. 

An author becomes an official contributor and his / her article is included in EDM 2020 Materials when:

1. The program committee accepted the document for publication;

2. confirmation was sent to the author by e-mail specified during registration;

3. pdf document received by the Program Committee;

4. registration fee paid;
