Information about the departure of buses 
A voucher (coupons for bus and food) you can take on June 29, 2017 from 8:00 to 9:10 (NSTU, Prospect Karl Marx 20, bld.4, 316, contact person Tatiana Sekushenko). 
Departure of the bus to the venue ("Erlagol", Altai Republic) is on June 29, 2017 at 9.30. 

Information for speakers 
Working languages: Russian, English 
To illustrate the reports a multimedia projector and a computer are provided. 
Speakers are encouraged to prepare MS Power Point 2007, 2010 presentations (screen aspect ratio is 4:3). Please, use USB flash drive as a storage device. 

Recommendations 
Since the weather in the mountains is unpredictable, we recommend to take several sets of clothes with you, both for hot sunny weather and for cold and rainy (if possible, take waterproof shoes). It is desirable to have an insect repellent (for example, ticks repellent solution). 
Traditionally a volleyball match will be held. On free day the excursions and rafting will be organized. There is an opportunity to perform horse and bike trips.
